Why is my card deposit to my Banxe account pending?

Your deposit via card is pending, which means that something didn't go as expected when it was authorised, and we are waiting for the response from your bank to clarify the deposit request.

A pending card deposit will eventually change its status to either completed or failed. It should not take longer than one business day for a pending transaction to change its status.

In most cases, the funds are credited to your Banxe account if the transaction was approved. However, the funds will stay in your bank account if the transaction fails.

Please note that due to international restrictions, it's not possible to top up your Banxe account with a bank card issued in Russia or Belarus.
