What details do I need to provide to the sender?

You need to provide you your name ('Beneficiary'), IBAN, and BIC. You can find this information by clicking the ‘Top-up’ button and clicking the ‘Bank Transfers’ tab. Make sure that you choose GBP as a currency in the right panel. Every currency has it’s unique bank details for a transfer. It is obligatory to provide your Mandatory Reference (Wallet ID).

How long will the transfer take to reach me?

The transfer can take up to 3 business days, though it can vary depending on the type of payment method. Please ask the sender to confirm the payment type.
