How do I verify my personal account with Banxe?

Banxe account verification is a required step for all users to ensure the security of funds and to comply with KYC (Know Your Client) requirements.

Account Verification starts right after you register your email. To verify your account, you will need to enter the following:

  1. Your personal data
  2. Upload proof of address and proof of identity
  3. A selfie to prove that you are human 

Once your account is verified, you will be able to use all the features of Banxe.

To ensure a smooth verification process, please note the requirements for the documents:

- documents should be in color

- of good quality (bright and clear)

- uncut (all corners should be visible)

- file should be .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .pdf, maximum size 9 MB

- the documents should contain your full name and date of issue

Please make sure that you upload an original photo made in real time, during the verification. Edited images, screenshots, and scans are not accepted. Two (2) pictures of the document should be uploaded: the front and back.
