How to Retrieve or Change Your PIN

1. Access Your Personal Account: 

Log in to your personal account associated with the card.

 

2. Navigate to Card Details: 

Once logged in, find the Card section on the right panel of your home screen.

 

2. Find PIN Option: 

Look for the “Show PIN” or " Change PIN" button. Click on it to retrieve or change your PIN.

3. Changing PIN: 

If you choose to change your PIN, follow the prompts to enter a new one.

 

4. ATM confirmation: 

In order for the PIN to be changed it's crucial to use your Banxe Card in an ATM for any operation (remaining balance check, cash withdrawal etc). Without this step, your PIN will not be changed.

 

Remember to keep your new PIN secure and never share it with anyone.
